Perfect Butt in 6-Minutes With This Effective Workout


If nature has not endowed you a round booty, you should not get upset. You can get the desired butt even if you have no possibility to visit the gym. We will prepared effective exercises that can be performed at home.






There are a lot of different exercises on the Internet. However not all of them are effective. Exercises given below will reduce cellulite, remove excess fat from your butt and slightly round it.

Exercises:

◊ Donkey Kicks ◊

Start on all fours, with your hands directly under your shoulders and your knees directly under your hips.

  • Keep your right knee at a 90-degree angle as you slowly raise your leg behind you until your thigh is almost parallel to the floor. Pulse your flexed foot toward the ceiling by squeezing your glutes. Your back should remain perfectly still in a neutral spine. The motion should be small and controlled with the muscle doing the work and not momentum.
  • Return to start position to complete one rep. Do 20 on each side, two to three times.





◊ Fire Hydrant Kicks  ◊

How to do it: Start kneeling on all fours (on carpet or a mat) with your arms extended under your shoulders and knees bent under your hips. Lift your left knee off the floor, bending your left heel in closer to your body [A]. Next, lift left knee (keeping it bent) straight out to the side of your body, trying to bring it up to hip height [B].


◊ Single Legged Glute Bridge ◊


Step 1: Lay on the floor with your feet flat and knees bent. Raise one leg off the ground, keeping it straight with your foot flexed, heel downward.
Step 2: Raise your hips off the ground squeezing your glutes and keeping your extended leg straight. Hold, return to the starting position and repeat.
