Step- Ups

Step ups are a most common exercise to get your butt into shape and it can be performed in the confines of your home as well. A raised platform is all your require to do this. Step on the platform one leg at a time raising your knee as high as possible. You can repeat this for around 10 minutes.






Rear Leg Shifts

Bend on your knees and forearms; slowly lift one leg off the floor and push the foot towards the ceiling. Bring the leg back down slowly and repeat the same with the other leg.


Bridges

Lie on your back with knees pointing upwards. Raise your butt off the floor but make sure that feet, shoulders and head are still touching the ground. Try and push your butt as high as you possibly can.






Deep Squats

Cossack Lunges

On reaching the bottom position point the toes of the straight leg upwards. Repeat this with the other leg.


Fire Hydrants

This exercise strengthens the glutes and the smaller muscles of the legs. This exercise starts in kneeling position; raise one leg to the side maintaining a knee bend. Repeat with the other leg in sets of 3 or more.
